Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 is in full swing and has brought the Galactic Civil War to the Fortnite island, with Palpatine, General Grievous, and many other characters coming to the game.

Players can also expect to see the likes of Mace Windu and Darth Maul come to Fortnite, as well as many iconic characters returning, such as Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and many others.

With so many collaborations taking place, it can be difficult to keep track of what is available, but this latest change helps to make navigating the Item Shop much easier.

In a small hotfix update that went live earlier today, Epic Games has added the previously leaked Best Sellers tab in the Fortnite Item Shop. This new change will display the top 10 best-selling cosmetic items from the current Item Shop, and it will be set to update with the most accurate information periodically.

This change could be one of the most exciting additions to the Item Shop in some time. With hundreds of cosmetics available to buy each day, it can often be difficult to navigate and spot the latest released items, which are usually the most popular.

On the first day of it being available, Star Wars’ Luke Skywalker is currently the most popular cosmetic on sale, with other characters such as Han Solo and Princess Leia also sitting in the top 10. With Mace Windu and Darth Maul coming to Fortnite this week, expect to see them top the charts as Chapter 6 Season 3 gets into full swing.

The Fortnite Item Shop has lost its FOMO factor in recent years due to how many cosmetics are available to buy, along with how frequently certain collaborations return. This new change could help to push new cosmetics, as well as create anticipation and hype for returning skins.

As a player, I am eagerly awaiting the return of the Attack on Titan skins and check every day to see if they have hit the Item Shop for the first time in two years. And, if/when that day comes, I expect them to be sitting at the top of the best-sellers list, meaning it is unlikely that I will miss their appearance.
